This year 56 schools of Pavlodar region have opened robotics rooms. 147 teachers have been trained to work with children in this area. The biggest number of rural students attending a robotics clubs in May area – 259 children, in Lebyazhinsk – 186 children and Uspensk – 138 children. Such kind of clubs will be opened in Irtysh, Pavlodar, Sherbatinsk regions. Total number of students in the region is 3451. In order to increase the coverage of children with such interesting and promising direction of education it is planned the training of teachers with invitation of experts from Russia and Kazakhstan regions.
24 pupils participated in the Olympiad in the composition of 12 teams from specialized schools of Pavlodar city, Nazarbayev Intellectual School and the Palace of pupils named after M.Katayev.
The winner teams of regional Olympiad will introduce the Pavlodar region on the Republic Olympiad on Robotics in Astana, which will be held in October 1-2.
