President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev at the enlarged session of the Government being conducted in Akorda today has ordered to send underutilized budget for the preparation of the exhibition "EXPO -2017" and to cover the budget deficit .

According to the President that amount this year will be about 150 billion tenge. About 100 billion tenge were allocated from the National Fund at the request of the Government. These funds should be directed to the preparation of Expo-2017". The remaining funds should be used to cover the budget deficit. In this case, the budget deficit will amount to about 2 percent of GDP.
