Such mission is contained in the list of the outcomes of the Presidium of the Presidential Council on economic modernization and innovative development of the Russian Federation on the theme of housing and communal services - said the government's press service.

Thus, until October 22 Russian Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the FTS of Russia and the FAS of Russia should make concerted proposalswhich envisage the possibility of applying from July 1, 2014 tariff regulation principles in the heating sector. Necessary to determine the economically justified ceiling prices for heat energy corresponding to the price of heat energy from an alternative source of heat in the application of best available technologies.

Also, in an effortto introduce new technologies in the field of housing, the profile agencies must submit a draft of “road-map” to improve the technical regulation in the housing sector until December 4.Proposals should include the improvement of reliability and energy efficiency of municipal infrastructure facilities, energy efficiency of newly built capital construction facilities with gradual stiffening of elated indicators by 2020, as well as promoting the use of renewable energyin housing and communal services.

It is expected that renewable energy will be much in demand in the areas of local power, in regions such as Yakutia and the Far East.
