This changes concern regarding the use of electronic documents of strict accountability in the organizations of secondary education, including the electronic journals.

Electronic journal, which structure meets all the requirements of traditional class journal, has a number additional advantages: it provides for the parents and pupils the online access to the information, the binding of electronic learning content, automatic set of statistic reporting on the progress at the school level and etc.

Thus, the acceptance of this normative document will ensure the creation of conditions for the automation of the educational process, effectiveness of the education management, informational integration with the external environment.
