The program was created by experts of the South Kazakhstan State pharmaceutical Academy on the basis of complex research of rehabilitation of 182 patients with cerebral blood flow acute disturbances, who were in insult abruption of the regional hospital.

During the establishment it was determined the efficiency of early appliance of rehabilitation events in order to prevent the secondary complications, also identified the high efficiency of rehabilitation of multi-disciplinary specialists.

The results are already used in the regional hospital. On the basis of implemented work, it was carried out changes in treatment of early rehabilitation indications, also reviewed the role of involved multidisciplinary professionals.
