Asylova Bibigul Amangeldinovna was born in September 20, 1975 in Kokshetau region, she has a higher economic education, graduated in 1996 from the Kazakh State Academy of Management (Narhoz) Alma-Ata.

1997-1998 years – leading, chief specialist of the North Kazakhstan regional financial management.

2002-2004 years – Head of Management of Education, Science, Culture, Sport and Mass Media of the Department of planning of costs of social sphere of Ministry of Economics and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2004-2007 years – Director of the Department of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Culture, Information and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2009-2010 years – Director of the Department of Information Service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2013-2014 years – Director of the Department of Planning of Budget Programs of Social Sphere of the Ministry of Economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2014-2016 years – Director of the Department of Budget of Social Sphere of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She was awarded with the state medal “Eren enbegi ushin”.

She has diplomas, commemorative medals and gratitude.
