This year UNT will be held from 1 to 15 June. Further, for the graduates who haven’t gained the threshold level will be given the opportunity to re-pass the test in August of the same year in the basic universities placed in all regional centers and cities of Astana and Almaty. The list of universities for the re-passing the test will be determined by the Ministry of Education and Science. On the re-testing the graduates will pass 4 subjects: history of Kazakhstan, mathematics, language of education and optional subject (field-oriented subject). To get the second attempt to the test they must pass application, 4 photos 3x4 and the documents on the completion of the secondary school or VET (Vocation Education and Training) organization to the nearest basic institution according to the place of residence.

The cost of re-passing the UNT is 2242 tenge.
