In the Ministry of Education and Science held a solemn meeting devoted to the Day of a public servant. Minister of education and Science of Kazakhstan A. Sarinzhipov congratulated the staff of the Ministry with the holiday and told about the plans for future: following the reform of public service in accordance with the Five institutional reforms of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, the introduction of new system of remuneration of labor of public servants, according to the effectiveness of their contribution to the management process, the implementation of systemic changes in accordance with the Plan of the nation – 100 concrete steps. Detailing the future innovations A. Sarinzhipov highlighted the 12-year education system, training of the qualified personnel in ten universities and ten leading colleges for the six key sectors of the economy, the legislative consolidation of organizational and legal form of universities and system of their corporate and flexible management, the transition to teaching in English in universities and high school.
