Therefore, one of the most important purpose of the center is to provide by informational resources in scientifical and technological sphere of the country, including information about the scientific potential of the whole "- said the Minister of Education and Science Aslan Sarinzhipov at a meeting with the employees of the National Center for Scientific and Technical Information, which took place in September 8 in Almaty .

Minister of the Education and Science Aslan Sarinzhipov, Vice- Minister of the Education and Science Tahir Balykbaev, Chairman of the Audit Commission of the Committee of Science and Education Sayat Nusipov acquainted with the work NCSTI. Guests were led to the Department of the integration and national resource of scientific and technical information, The registration of scientific research, Department of Information Technology. During the meeting, President of NCSTI Adil Ibraev shared future plans with the Minister of Education and Science.
"Today NCSTI engaged in the work of creating an information space based on a system of scientific and technical information of the international level for national science, provide of participants of the national innovation system a full range of informational, analytical and expert services. NCSTI carries collecting, processing, analyzing of documentary flows (theses, scientific and technical programs, publications of Kazakh scientists) "- said Adil Ibraev.
President NCSTI noted that recently the apparatus of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Majilis and the Senate are in a great interested in scientific information produced of workers of the center. NCSTI contributes to the effectiveness of the use of materials of foreign scientific and technical information for the strengthening and development of the economy of Kazakhstan.

One of the important purpose of the center is to creation a fund of innovative projects, where work is carried out and to ensure access to a wide range of users to information resources, and work on the organization of holding of the expertise on programs and projects. Such a project is to perform a system of the "Anti-plagiarism", the main goal of which is the analysis of scientific works for the presence of borrowing and prevent unsanctioned copying. The implementation of the project "Digital Library" is designed to facilitate access to the full texts of the scientific documents to scientific community is carrying on.
Concluding the meeting, Aslan Sarinzhipov stressed the importance of coordinated work of all departments and wished success to the staff of the center.
