The solemn meeting of workers of education and science devoted to the 25th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan was carried out at ENU after L.N. Gumilyov in December 14, 2016.

Opening the meeting, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erlan Sagadiev noted major achievements in education and science, achieved in the last quarter of century. The Minister also congratulated the colleagues with the Day of Independence and wished them further success.

During the event, leaders of education and science, who contributed to the socio-economic, socio-cultural development of the country and the unity of Friendship of Peoples, were awarded state decorations, by the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev – “Parasat” and “Kurmet” orders, “Eren enbegi ushin” medals, as well as rank icons “Kazakhstannyn yenbek sinirgen

kairatkeri”, diplomas and commemorative medals “25th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
