Реферат: The Karatau team of the Syganak archaeological expedition of the Research Centre of Archaeology of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named Khoja Ahmed Yasawi hold the exploration works along the lower and middle reaches of Kyzylata and Biresek rivers in 2012 field season. In the course of the study the burial grounds Kyzylata I, Kyzylata II, Biresek I and a single tumulus Biresek II were excavated. The aim of the study is to obtain new data on early medieval cultures, identifying features of the evolution and trends in the overall development of culture and the reconstruction of obsequies and philosophical foundations of ancient tribes.

Реферат: The main purpose of this paper is to study art and creative practice of Kazakh narrators, the peculiarities of their repertoire as an integral system, to characterize the narrator schools of Kazakhstan, and also to reveal the correlation of tradition and improvisation in the art of narration. The paper determines the role of epic narrators in social and cultural folk life, as the direct creators and bearers of epic tradition; their creative types are revealed. The art of narration is described based on local peculiarities, style directions, originality of repertoire and other criteria; it is dist inctively characterized by its inhering properties. The narrators develop the epic heritage, using the zhels to create the artistic images. These zhels, created on the basis of improvisation, were subsequently turned into stable, unchangeable components of the literary piece; they were supplemented, became the independent pieces and were performed by the narrators directly before large epic pieces. The zhels became the poetic device of Kazakh art of narration, proved in this article.

Реферат: Contemporary prose development trends have been revealed on the base of generalization of works covering this problem and analyszis of a certain writings. Changes of the genre of novel in writers\' works have been revealed and factors that affect development of literary process have been defined. Scientific and technical progress impact on writers\' world outlook, authors\'concept of being and personality, structure and content of today novels have been revealed. Characteristic features of prose written in late XX - turn of XXI century have been defined. Multilayer, multi-genre nature, polyphony and flexibility of novelshave been outlined. Analysis of ideas and topics as well as construction of works of contemporary writers has been paid much attention. Deepening of psychological insight, authors\' attempts to broaden the limits of traditional ideas of the world and reveal hidden sides of characters, pictured phenomena and processes have been stressed.

Representation of Green\'s function of the Neumann problem for a multi-dimensional ball

Реферат: Representation of the Green\'s function of the classical Neumann problem for the Poisson equation in the unit ball of arbitrary dimension is given. In constructing this function, we use the representation of the fundamental solution of the Laplaceequation in the form of a series. It is shown that the Green\'s function can berepresented in terms of elementary functions and its explicit form can be writtenout. An explicit form of the Neumann kernel at n=4 and n=5.

Реферат: The paper is devoted to investigation questions about constructing the explicit form of the Green\'s function of the Robin problem in the unit ball of ?2. In constructing this function we use the representation of the fundamental solution of the Laplace equation in the form of a series. An integral representation of the Green function is obtained and for some values of the parameters the Green function is given in terms of elementary functions.
On solvability of exterior boundary value problem with fractional boundary condition
Реферат: In this paper, we study questions on solvability of some boundary value problems for the Laplace equation with boundary integral-differential operators in the exterior of a unit ball. We study properties of the given integral-differential operators of fractional order in a class of functions which are harmonic outside a ball. We prove theorems on existence and uniqueness of a solution of the problem. We construct explicit form of the solution of the problem in integral form, by solving the Dirichlet problem.

It also was known as The agreement, The Medina\'s rules, The Medina\'s declaration, The Medina\'s constitution and we considered to add the word book and change it as The book of the agreement of Medina(Hamidullah, 1959). Religious cognition, spiritual education, economical, legal and political factors were arisen on the basis of this document and all these factors areinvestigated in this research. Also, the acceptance, preparation, the meaning and the content ofthis document are examined and the concrete conclusions are made about its position in the history of Islamic countries.The synthesis, analysis, comparative, logical, empirical methods are used in this research.
