Despite this, the plant is equipped with top-edge technologies for the production of long premium rails, making ARBZ a new qualified player in the worldwide scenario for the present and the future times.

Реферат: В статье рассматривается задача о напряженно-деформированном состоянии в теле земляного полотна и слабого основания при статических нагрузках с учетом температурного поля. Проведены многовариантные численные эксперименты в целях изучения статического напряженного состояния верхнего и нижнего строения железнодорожного пути под действием поездной нагрузки.
Thermo-metallurgical models to design high performance bainitic rails

Реферат: Even though rail production account for a limited value of the world production, 9Mt over 1582 Mt, railways are an important boost for economy and major impressive railway projects are under way: the production of rails is expected to grow. The minimum mechanical properties required by Standards (European and worldwide) must be fully satisfied and a complete set of controls are operative during rail production. However, in recent years, train speed and axle load have been increased to improve railroad transportation, so increasing contact stress and wear. On the base of these considerations, the need to improve both wear resistance and rolling contact fatigue resistance has lead the rail market to develop and use Head Hardened Rails (HHR). Therefore, conventional pearlitic steels may be reaching their limit of wear resistance. Although hypereutectoid steels could be developed, structures different from pearlite, such as bainite, can offer benefit. The production feasibility of bainitic rails in an in-line industrial plant has been studied through the use of dedicated fully coupled thermo-mechanical and metallurgical modelling and pilot plant.
Rail Hardening Process Optimization Results at the Dalmine-CSM Pilot Plant
Реферат: The performances obtained on rail samples after pilot plant tests simulating the idRHa+ inline industrial process are comparable or higher than those measured on rail off-line treated. With the steel grade 76Ф and applying the in-line continuous cooling process by idRHa+ it is demonstrated to reach the Д T350 rail category. The hardness profile measured for the rail sample with small PAGS is comparable with that measured in rail in as-received condition. The hardness profile measured for the rail sample with large PAGS is slight higher than that measured in rail in as-received condition. Good hardening depth were observed for all tested rails.
Characterization of Tribological Behavior of High Performance Rail Steel
Реферат: The tribological characterisation of rail steels has been carried out using rolling-sliding testing device with cylindrical samples with functional geometries. The test can be considered in accordance with the similar one prescribed by the GOST normative. Two steel grade, R260 and K76 Ф have been used for the laboratory characterisation. Wear curves have been carried out and elaborated depending on the in service conditions and wear amounts of the rail. The test is suitable for the comparative wear analysis of rail steels.

Реферат: Rail market nowadays asks for more and more Premium rails, characterized by improved mechanical properties needed to extend high speed and heavy traffic railways lifecycles. Siemens answer has been the engineering and construction of an innovative and flexible rail hardening system, named idRHa+R, the first one erected at - Baogang Iron and Steel plant in China. The Equipment is able to process both pearlitic and bainitic rail materials, symmetric and asymmetric rail profiles, rail velocities from 0.4 to 0.9 m/s and a wide inlet temperature range, from 750 to 900 C. According to the actual process requirements, very different cooling paths should be followed to achieve the best metallurgical microstructure but this task requires a wide cooling regulation flexibility. This has been possible by the adoption of air mist nozzles capable to modulate very different water droplet sizes and velocities but also by completing the cooling control using high efficiency air blades which are able to decrease temperature in a very smooth way.

При стратегическом планировании деятельности компании формируется совокупность альтернативных стратегий, введение которых позволяет поддерживать работу компании в устойчивом состоянии.
