Реферат: В настоящей статье обозначены основные приоритеты и задачи государственной политики в области модернизации образования, а также механизмы их реализации. Рассмотрены различные подходы казахстанских и российских ученых к изучению системы непрерывного профессионального образования и созданию всех необходимых условий для ее функционирования. Сделан вывод о концептуальных основах непрерывного профессионального образования в Республике Казахстан.
Professionally oriented approach to the law students language teaching
Реферат: The article considered the meaning and essence of professionally oriented approach to teaching a foreign language lawyer\'s specialty. Analyzed occupational characteristics, features of professional thinking and consciousness of a lawyer. Noted that professional foreign language teaching has its own peculiarities, and is based on competence and student-centered approach, in which the student is an active participant in the educational process. The authors pointed out that along with the traditional methods of effective language teaching technologies of e-learning promotes the quality of law students language teaching.
The main stages of international cooperation development in the sphere of higher education in Kazakhstan
Реферат: The paper presents an analysis of the current status of international cooperation, historical and pedagogical conditions of formation and development of the phenomenon. The authors analyzed the works of foreign and domestic scientists, periodization of the development of external relations in the system of higher education based on the systematization of archival materials, training documentation of Kazakh universities was proposed, positive experience of Russian universities was generalized. The necessity of a radical revision of the organizational, structural and ideological changes, updates the content of education, improve the quality of training requirements in accordance with the present stage of development of Kazakh society and global integration processes in the world educational space.

Реферат: The article is to characterize the most important components of would-be translator\'s competence which is considered as a comprehensive and integrated notion, which is described in accordance with the requirements of the modern state educational standards. The objective of the article is to analyze the possibility of development of the basic, specific and special components of the professional competence in higher educational institutions. The realization of the competence-based approach allows to achieve the main educational goal - the ability and readiness of translators to be to perform efficiently and productively in different professional situations.

Реферат: В статье выполнен анализ компетентностного подхода в процессе подготовки социального работника. Автор обосновывает специфичность социальной работы как профессии, относящейся как к классу преобразующих, так и к классу управляющих профессий одновременно, что актуализирует применение компетентностного подхода в подготовке социального работника, основные положения которого определяются такой последовательностью: личность - главная ценность для себя и для других, главный результат образования - не знания, умения и навыки, а способность к личностному росту, эмпатийному взаимодействию и высокой социально адресованной личностной продуктивности.

Critical thinking as a means of enhancing individual independent students\' work
Реферат: The article deals with the problem of developing critical thinking skills by the means of enhancing independent work of students. Independent work of students is connected with realization of practical tasks providing development of logical thinking, creative activity and the research approach in understanding educational material. Independent work promotes development of students\' capabilities to the self-education and selfdevelopment, skills of critical thinking. The success of developing the critical thinking skills depends on the organization of group work, in other words <team approach>. It was considered as the way of training learners\' critical thinking skills.
