Реферат: In this paper we discuss the problems about constructing dual and inverse operator for a loaded first order differential equation of a special form with general boundary conditions. We construct an explicit form of the Green function in the class of continuous functions with the first order derivatives. We establish all posed problems, which are already in general boundary conditions, for the loaded first order differential operator. Closure of the general solution in the norm of square-integrable functions is showed. Completely continuity and boundedness of the inverse operator is proved.

Реферат: Ethno pedagogics is an aggregate of pedagogical educational experiences formed over centuries. The idea of wits and mentality has a deep connection with the life of a nation and national educational traditions; it is developed and passed from generationto generation. People aim to gain all good educational experiences in order to hand them to their next generation using the education of pure human qualities. None of human being lived without utilizing educational experiences of wits and mind of their ancestors. To meet the up-to-date requirements we keep ethno pedagogics as a main trend inteaching and upbringing. Ethno pedagogies can be one of the tools developing pupils\' knowledge, widening the use of the mother tongue, compensating the disadvantages in the education field, and strengthening the national ideology.

Реферат: Current trends of modernization of educational programs demand introduction of modern methods of training. The increasing introduction of new information technologies in educational process of A.Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University promotes increasing of efficiency of formation informative and communicative competence of future doctors in teaching foreign languages. One of the actual problems of training of specialists of the international level is development of methods of formation of information and communicative competence of future doctors. Additionally the authors consider that training by means of communicative techniques and methods will be more effective if it includes practical experience and feedback as well as theoretical material. The article also shows the results of the experiment carried out on the basis of the university which confirms the statement on efficiency of using competence-based approach in learning foreign languages.

Isolation and Molecular-Genetic indetificitaion of strains of antagonictic Bacteria for the Phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium solani

Реферат: Currently, the quest for new strains of antagonistic bacteria, adapted to specific soil/climactic conditions, to fight phytopathogenic fungi remains a topical issue to investigate. From 22 soil samples in Southern Kazakhstan, 112 strains of the Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria have been isolated, which are capable of inhibiting the growth of the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium solani, the causative agent of trunk disease infecting Ulmus pumila L. From these, the highly effective strain 4ant has been isolated and identified through the molecular-genetic method, which, apart from F. solani, also inhibits the growth of a number of phytopathogens, such as F. oxysporum, Mucorcircinelloides f. circinelloides and Rhizoctonia solani. The broad spectrum of the 4ant strain\'s antagonistic properties be speaks its practical value as a useful agentin the biological struggle against diseases that cripple the dendroflora of the South of Kazakhstan.
