Реферат: The article highlights the situation of the current state and prospects of the energy securitymodernization of a manufacturing sector based onusingrenewable energy sources (RES) which has gained a particular actuality and has deep roots at the current stage of the economy innovativedevelopment. The main task in this study is to estimateneeds and opportunities ofthe country in terms of development and consuming electricity throughusing RES. The efforts for the utilization of RES in the country are presented as well, along with barriers in its development. Ways to resolve the problem of the availability, cost and sustainability of energy resources alongside the rapidly rising demand are discussed. However, since the high cost of RES technologies is the main obstacle facing the diffusion of RES power generation, economic and political intervention is inevitable. Joint approaches towards the manufacturing sector balanced energy modernization are proposed - the modern society creates a framework for a global environmental security which will lead to a greater economic efficiency.

The author believes that the new Concept of Legal Policy willbe better integrated into a single system of jurisprudence and practice, law-making and law enforcement, legal education and legal education, will create additional opportunities for constructive interaction of the state and civil society.
Consumer Buying Trends for New Generation Phones in Central Asia

Реферат: In this study, purchasing-points consumer trends research has been made in Central Asian Transition Econo-mies such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan for the new generation phones (IPhone, Internet Proto-col Phone). As a result of this research, it is determined that in buying new generation phones, consumers prefer buying them from the dealer stores as the first choice, and as a second choice from the largest electronics markets. As for the second hand phones, they prefer to buy them from the local phone outlets. It can be asserted that consumers are making use of new generation phones for different purposes, and especially for the users under for 20 years, they can be a sign of social - identity and status in the community.

Modeling and exploring base station characteristics of LTE mobile networks
Реферат: This paper reports our theoretical and practical experience with fourth generation network technologies based on Long Term Evolution (LTE). For planning LTE networks there are expensive and complicated software, but it is likely that the engineers, telecommunication companies or advanced users will be interested in a simple tool to assess the capacity and range of the base station network LTE. For this purpose, we develop an expert system that is able to calculate the range and bandwidth expressed in megabits per second, which are based on the input parameters and the network equipment. In the first part we consider a model that allows estimating the range and bandwidthbase station LTE network and using these data to simulate different scenarios loading base station.In the second part, according to the experimental data, we determine dependence of the speed reception and transmission of traffic on the degree of the base station range.

Реферат: This study is intended to form the worldview of primary school children through interdisciplinary integration in the fine arts as one of the major problems of pedagogy. The foundation of the basics of human personality which is formed in the primary classes, increases the need to develop artistic and creative abilities, aesthetic feelings and fantasies of students based on interdisciplinary integration in the fine arts. Particularly evident the need of mastering the fine arts teaching materials based on interdisciplinary integration for identity of formation in the educational process in primary school. As a result of analysis of scientific and pedagogical study the formation of indicators junior pupils\' worldview through interdisciplinary integration in the visual arts was revealed, and experimental studies have been substantiated practical meaningfulness of these indicators.
