Реферат: The shrinkage of the Aral Sea in the second half of the past century has significantly affected the hydrophysical regime of the lake. The objective of this paper is to report on a hydrological structure and circulation of the today\'s Aral Sea based on both direct field observations and modeling results. We focus on the results of three field surveys to the Aral Sea which took place in the period from 2009 to 2011. In addition, series of numerical experiments using Princeton Ocean Model adapted to the Aral Sea was undertaken to investigate the contributions from bathymetry and water stratification in the formation of the basin scale circulation. The hydrological structure of the Aral\'s western basin in autumn season exhibited a three-layered pattern with two local salinity maxima, separated by a fresher intermediate layer.

Обоснована возможность применения метода разделения переменных. Построены в явном виде функции Грина рассматриваемых задач. Задачи являются самосопряженными. В явном виде построены все собственные значения и собственные функции.

Реферат: A set of anthroponyms forms individual universe in cognition of each people, in lingual consciousness as lingual semiotic symbols and represents lingual phenomena of this universe. The vision of the universe is the vision of cognition that may be perceived through anthroponyms. Anthroponomic concepts show the essence of the world from historical, mythological, aesthetic and other points of view. \"Heroism\" is one of such concepts. Basing on this idea and relying on ethnic and cultural data we try to show the meaning and the vision of anthroponimics in modern development of conceptological base by lingual and cultural expertise of mythic anthroponyms with \"he roism\" concept elements in non-related Kazakh and English languages through definition of similarities and differences in heroic features in national consciousness structure.

Реферат: The article reveals the meaning of the concepts patriotism and patriotic upbringing. The attention is focused to that remoteness of pupils from roots of the people, national traditions, moral principles results in a separation from sources, destruction of connection and continuity of generations, decline of moral, spirituality. It is revealed the role of children\'s literature in patriotism and civic consciousness upbringing at youth. The authors describe possibilities of the educational process of the higher school on preparing a future teacher for patriotic upbringing in the course of studying the discipline Children\'s literature. Реферат: The article deals with the theoretical development and experimental checking of the system of forming reading interest at schoolchildren taking into account pedagogical conditions it\'s forming and developing by means of the Kazakh national pedagogy. The authors state that the upbringing potential of the Kazakh national pedagogy means in combination with the traditional practice of upbringing provides effectiveness and productivity of the process of forming reading interest of pupils in the content of ethno-cultural educational paradigm. Реферат: In article music education is considered by the author as multilevel social-pedagogical system. Its structurally functional features, backbone factor, subsystem education are analyzed. Possibility of creation of an adequate control system is investigated. Despite a certain novelty of this subject in science about musical culture it was already repeatedly considered in monographs and booklets of many authors. The appeal to the concept of social and pedagogical system in the field of music education is actual and expedient at least for two reasons: this is accumulation of a large volume in the theory and practice of music education demanding reasonable systematization, on the other hand is a conceptual basis capable to become the system base of the theory of integrated management of training of specialists in the sphere of music education.

Реферат: In this paper we consider the spectral problem for the Cauchy-Riemann operator with Bicadze - Samarskii type boundary value conditions, reduced to a singular integral equation with continuous kernel. Moreover, we characterize those spectral parameters at which the inhomogeneous boundary value problem with shift into the region for Cauchy-Riemann equations is everywhere solvable in the class of continuous functions on the unit circle.

Реферат: The authors analyze stages of modernization in Kazakhstan economy. First 5 years of realization of SPAIID program has shown that some positive results have been achieved but there are some problems yet to be solved. These are: low rate of modernization of real economy sector, insufficient activity in development of new operations, high depreciation of fixed assets of energy system objects. Measures of utter importance on elimination of unsolved problems have been formulated and perspective ways of development of Kazakhstan\'s industrial policy for next 5 years of SPAIID implementation have been described.
