Реферат: The article discusses the scientific and methodological basis of use of the electronic textbooks and virtual laboratory works in the formation of an applied orientation in students. If you hold a physical experiment and frontal laboratory works using virtual models and electronic books via computer, then you can compensate the lack of equipment in the physics laboratory, and thus, to teach students to produce their own physical knowledge in physics experiment on virtual models; it is a real possibility to create the necessary applied orientation to students and raise the level of students in physics. First, the implementation of computer technology is performed in sciences, particularly in physics lessons. Formation of practical skills of students in physics can be effectively carried out if the educational process includes virtual versions of demonstration experiment. The virtual environment of the computer can quickly alter the experiment, which provides a significant variability of the results, which significantly enriches the practice of students performing logical operations analysis and the formulation of conclusions of the results of the experiment.

Mycobiota of Seeds in Granaries of South Kazakhstan

Реферат: In the article the technique and results of researches of mycobiota of seeds are given in granaries of the Southern Kazakhstan. Seeds possess the lowered intensity of exchange processes, and consequently, and low level of the induced immunity. The mushrooms showing pathogenic properties concerning seeds, not always correspond to the types striking plants. Among them the forms relating to typical saprotrophs which aren\'t capable to enter antagonistic relationship with a plant their presence on seeds of field mushrooms meet is in inverse proportionality from development of mushrooms of storage. In grana ries except phytopathogenic mushrooms, great damage to a seed material can cause saprofite mold and storage mushrooms. The strengthened development of mold mushrooms in seed weight is explained by the maintenance of the big range of the hydrolytic enzymes allowing intensively influencing integumentary and reserving fabrics of grain. Authors established specific structure, bioecological properties of mushrooms.
