Being unmarried, having an unwanted pregnancy and a low birth weight baby are predictors of infant abandonment. Greater openness and more research are needed for identification of women at-risk and development of preventive programmes.

Реферат: In the modern conditions, the demand for creative and creative-competitive personality is extremely large, and it will continue to increase. Реферат: In the class of harmonic functions, we study the properties of fractional integro-differential operators. By way of application of these properties, we analyze the solvability of some boundary value problems for the Laplace equation in the ball and derive solvability con-ditions. The smoothness of the solutions in the Holder class is studied as well.

Реферат: Пневмония - одна из основных причин младенческой смертности в Казахстане. В 2010 году Казахстан стал первой страной СНГ, где вакцинация против пневмококковой инфекции была введена в национальный календарь профилактических прививок. Анализированы количество случаев госпитализации по поводу пневмонии, длительность госпитализации, время от момента обращения за медицинской помощью до госпитализации до и после введения программы вакцинации. Проанализированы все истории болезни госпитализированных с диагнозом пневмония детей 0-5 лет за период 2009-2012 годов. Динамика количества госпитализаций, длительность госпитализации и время от обращения до госпитализации оценивались с помощью многомерной отрицательной биномиальной регрессии, множественной линейной регрессии и многомерной бинарной логистической регрессии соответственно. Показано, что значительно снизились случаи пневмонии детей, что свидетельствует об эффективности программы вакцинации против пневмококковой инфекции, проводимой в регионе.

Реферат: Йод является одним из важнейших и наиболее изученных эссенциальных микроэлементов, дефицит которого оказывает негативное влияние на здоровье человека. Казахстан имеет более чем десятилетний опыт универсального йодирования соли. Дана оценка эффективности мероприятий по профилактике дефицита йода. Определение уровня содержания йода в соли, потребляемой в этих же домовладениях, где была оценена йодурия у женщин и детей, в определенной степени отражает тенденцию связи между потреблением йода с солью и его экскрецией с мочой. С учетом выявленной ситуации необходимо наладить мониторинг йодо-дефицитных заболеваний по уринарной экскреции (как повышенных, нормальных, так пониженных показателей) и организовать государственную систему мониторинга за качеством производимой йодированной соли на всех уровнях.
Archaelogical Studies at the Karatau Tumulus Burial Grounds

Реферат: The Karatau team of the Syganak archaeological expedition of the Research Centre of Archaeology of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named Khoja Ahmed Yasawi hold the exploration works along the lower and middle reaches of Kyzylata and Biresek rivers in 2012 field season. In the course of the study the burial grounds Kyzylata I, Kyzylata II, Biresek I and a single tumulus Biresek II were excavated. The aim of the study is to obtain new data on early medieval cultures, identifying features of the evolution and trends in the overall development of culture and the reconstruction of obsequies and philosophical foundations of ancient tribes.

Реферат: The article studies peculiarities of implementation of governmental support of industrial and innovative development of the economy; theoretical aspects of the incentive function of the state and main forms and methods of supporting the innovation sphere. The Value of Narrative Art in Folklore

Реферат: The main purpose of this paper is to study art and creative practice of Kazakh narrators, the peculiarities of their repertoire as an integral system, to characterize the narrator schools of Kazakhstan, and also to reveal the correlation of tradition and improvisation in the art of narration. The paper determines the role of epic narrators in social and cultural folk life, as the direct creators and bearers of epic tradition; their creative types are revealed. The art of narration is described based on local peculiarities, style directions, originality of repertoire and other criteria; it is dist inctively characterized by its inhering properties. The narrators develop the epic heritage, using the zhels to create the artistic images. These zhels, created on the basis of improvisation, were subsequently turned into stable, unchangeable components of the literary piece; they were supplemented, became the independent pieces and were performed by the narrators directly before large epic pieces. The zhels became the poetic device of Kazakh art of narration, proved in this article.
