Реферат: The formation of a diamonds containing coating on the surface of tools is a way of increasing hardness and wearability of the working surfaces. We have developed a new process to prepare these composite coating. The surface is initially wetted with copper sulphate solution and then diamonds powder is sprayed onto the surface. Upon subsequent exposure to gaseous phosphine, a surface layer of solid copper phosphide, firmly holding the diamond particles, is formed. Copper phosphide has sufficient electrical conductivity, allowing conventional metal electro-plating. The effect of process parameters such as duration of the exposure to phosphine gas, concentration of the CuSO4 solution and thickness of the electro-deposited copper layer have been investigated and the surface roughness of the prepared samples increased about 50 BHN (Brinell hardness number).
Decorative Coatings of Crystallite Type on Metallic and Nonmetallic Surface

Реферат: The results of obtaining of decorative coatings of \"crystallite\" type on metallic and nonmetallic surfaces are given in this work. We propose the low-temperature chemical method that allows receiving the \"crystallite\" pattern with a preliminary assessment of decorative coating quality on all, including non-metallic materials. For this, at first a product is immersed for a few seconds in saturated solution of copper salt at the temperature of 80-90 C for metals and 60 C for polymeric materials. At drying the product on air \"crystallite\" type patterns are formed onto its surface. If poor quality pattern is received, then it is easily washed off with water, thereupon repeating previous operations the qualitative patterns can be obtained. To fix the received in such way patterns of the product they are treated by phosphine containing gas, the main component of which is phosphine, PH3.

Combined Electrochemical Method of Synthesis of Lead Tetraacetate from Metallic Lead

Реферат: Electrochemical synthesis of lead tetraacetate using a flow diaphragm and using as the initial reagent inistead of metallic lead was studied. It is sown that the creation of the catholyte flow into the anolyte through the diaphragm significantly reduces cell voltage. The possibility of additional saturation of anolyte with diacetate of lead the expense of chemical dissolution of metallic lead was identified. This allows to eliminate the use of lead diacetate trigidrate from the process flow sheet, the use of which requires a degidration operation by expensive acetic anhydride. These additions simplify the technology of electrosynthesis and economic indexed of process improve.

Реферат: A composition of the products of interaction in the system (NaPO3)3-Fe under heating was studied by X-ray analysis and calculation of. Possible pathways of the formation of iron phosphides of different chemical composition and other co-products during heating of sodium and iron cyclotriphophate to 1000 C were described on the basis of thermodynamic and X-ray data. The conditions for obtaining individual types of iron phosphides Fe[3]P, Fe[2]P, and FeP by interaction of sodium cyclotriphophate with metallic iron under heating were found.

Реферат: Предлагается беспалладиевый метод нанесения металлических покрытий на тканевые материалы. Метод основан на химическом восстановлении фосфинсодержащим газом сульфата меди, полученного смачиванием тканевого материала в растворе этой соли. При этом на поверхности материала, а также в его порах образуется пленка металлоподобного фосфида меди. Затем на эту пленку химическим или гальваническим путем наносится необходимое металлическое покрытие.
Comparative Characteristics of the Educational Curricula in the Field of Environmental Science in Kazakhstan and England

Реферат: This article aims to study the comparative analysis of training programs Bachelor-ecologist of England and Kazakhstan on the example of the University of Northampton and Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University. For example, we investigated differences in educational programs of two universities studied modules, amounts of credits these modules, and the list of modules in the training of specialists in the field of environmental protection. As a result, we have found that training of bachelors is in England for three years, and four years in Kazakhstan. In addition, in Kazakh universities total for the whole period of study the student should achieve the 129 credits in all modules and at universities in the UK for the whole period of study students should master 360 credits. The study found that the curriculum at the University of Northampton select educational programs related to Climate Change study, Landscape Ecology and Management of Waste, while the choice of Atyrau State University educational programs directed at a local training area to monitor the environment, to take measures to reduce the impact of these enterprises and to teach others to save the world.
Implementation of Poly-Lingual Programme in Higher Education in Kazakhstan

Реферат: This article is describes the development of a poly-lingual program in Kazakhstan based on the example of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University where since 2010 English language training has been introduced to pilot groups of teachers. We researched a number of curriculum areas taught by teachers enrolled in the pilot poly-lingual training programme. It was found that the number of credits awarded for bachelors the poly-lingual programme was minimal. Only 18 credits out of 71 available were awarded for language and specialist subject modules. The specialist modules were allocated only 5 credits for courses whose objectives were the preparation of highly qualified specialists with a knowledge of several languages. At the same time there was a successful training programme for teachers of English which opened in 2010 in order to promote the successful transition of the university to the poly-lingual programme. The results showed that the preparation of students for poly-lingual programme has a number of benefits, but problems which require addressing.
