Реферат: A supportive work environment is necessary for employees\' motivation and for creation of conditions for productive work. The quality of work environment affects satisfaction with job, work and private life, the opportunity for continuous personnel development and organizational culture. Despite the fact that there are a large number of studies in management, the quality of working life in Kazakhstan has remain uncovered. This is population-based study among nursing managers of health institutions in Almaty city over the period between 2013 and 2014. The statistically significant relationships between the characteristics of the working environment and job satisfaction were revealed. Safety of hospital environment, staff morale, effective management and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle are important factors affecting the quality of working life and the health level of nursing managers.

Реферат: Traditionally, love and respect for nature were the kinds of spiritual and religious nature. Such a worldview was not peculiar the philosophy that defines a human being as the master of nature, the philosophy of conversion, violence against nature. Throughout the long history the Kazakh people created a rich artistic culture, a feature of which is due to the syncretism of various aspects of nomadic traditions. Research of meaning transmitting and meaning creating reasons of the Kazakh\' traditional art\'s being shows that there are constants defining integrity sanctity, inter subjectivity and universality. Ontological grounds feature of tengrian spiritual teaching is that it preserves universal trends dating back to the anthropological universality. The spirit ontology is presented in the tengrian doctrine as a matter of universal laws governing all things.

Реферат: Small and medium enterprises all over the world are the object of special attention from the government. The CIS countries are not an exception as well. The program of small and medium-sized businesses support has been taken there since the beginning of reforms. During the early reform stages, the small and medium entrepreneurship provides a transition to a market economy, fostering a competitive environment, meeting the demands of the population in the most important products and services, production development in the fields of catering and consumer services. Currently, small and medium enterprises largely provide employment and self-employment of the population in all CIS countries, form part of the budget incomes of different levels. During the study process there have been analysed the state of the institutional support of small business in selected CIS countries, the level legislation development, and the specific measures of the state support of small business. Differences in the forms and directions of state regulation and support of the small business sector also determine various contributions of small businesses to the economic development of their countries. The article provides a comparative analysis of the development of small business in the CIS countries. On the basis of analysis of the small business development tendencies in CIS countries, there were determined the main problems in its functioning and formulated the direction on its promotion.

Human resources and ideas form new combinations. A cluster is a means to overcome the isolation on domestic issues, inertia, intransigence, inflexibility, and collusion between competitors that reduce or completely block the beneficial effects of competition and the emergence of new firms. Thus, the presence of a cluster allows domestic industry to maintain its advantage, and not give it to those countries that are more inclined to upgrade. The presences of a cluster of industries accelerate the process of establishing the factors where there is a group of domestic competitors. All firms in the cluster of related industries are investing in specialized, but related technology, information, infrastructure, human resources, leading to a massive emergence of new firms.

Реферат: The article is dedicated to the urgent problem of using innovative pedagogic technologies in education. The author specifies that the orienting point must become the formation of universal abilities of the personality, increase in the competence level of the learner. The article displays various hypotheses that explain the sense of the problem education and their critical evaluation. Referring to the researches of famous resource teachers and educators, the author specifies that only in the recent years the problem education has started to be regarded as one of innovative pedagogic technologies. She notes that the problem education must be based on the problem. The article displays considerable differences between the notions \"problem\", \"problem situation\", \"problem task\", \"problem exercise\". According to the article author, the problem is a result of the subject\'s active creative activity. It is one of the innovative pedagogic technologies as it meets the requirements to the notion \"pedagogic technology of education\". The article provides various classifications of pedagogic technologies. Following V.P. Bespalko, the author singles out the features of the pedagogic technology. Based on the analysis of the problem education peculiarities, the author makes a conclusion that it meets the requirements of educational technologies.
Risk analysis for project based infrastructure financing a reference framework
Реферат: This work is a part of an ongoing research that addresses the issue of exploring a risk profile of Project Financing (PF) mechanism and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects for infrastructure development and focuses on developing a risk analysis framework for the Kazakhstani PPP market. To achieve this research is carried out in three stages. First, the authors provide a pertinent literature review of PPP projects being delivered in Kazakhstan and gain advantages from experienced countries with the purpose of establishing the research background for the risk analysis. Second, an exploratory analysis will be conducted to investigate the risk profile and factors that might affect the success of the PPP projects. Finally, a risk analysis framework and model is expected to be developed as a reference for future PPP projects. It is noted, that the research is still in progress and no final results are derived as yet, hence, in this paper the authors attempt to present the first stage\'s preliminary results highlighting relevant points with suggestions for further research.
