Реферат: In this article the essence, specifics, opportunities and features of elective disciplines as means of formation of professional competence of future teachers is revealed. The structure, key characteristics and mechanisms of professional competence of future teachers are revealed and theoretically proved. The original model of formation of professional competence of future teachers is developed and introduced during the studying elective disciplines in the conditions of the teacher training college, including criteria and indicators of productivity of process. Check of efficiency of formation model of professional competence of future teachers during the studying elective disciplines is carried out.

Реферат: This article investigates the causes of social orphanhood due to the increasing number of abandoned and neglected children. The article focuses on studying the influence of personal factors on social orphanhood, namely the problem of mother abandoning the child. The issue must be discussed diligently and action must be taken in order to stop the increase of the consequences that arise as a result and feature of phenomenal social abandonment of newborns by their mother. Become victims of circumstances such as poverty, lack of education, unemployment thereby giving rise to deviant and delinquent behavior which in turn becomes the basic unbalanced behavior of an individual. This has a very negative effect on social institutions and the society in general. In this article we studied the personal factors of child abandonment and tried to show them in two ways: based on maternal deprivation of mother and on their socialization in childhood. Problems that women abandoned a child are not only the result of the lack of property, money, work. But mostly it is based on a legacy of personal and family matters related to disadvantage of previous generations and forgetfulness of immediate needs of people and especially children.

Value-authors have tried to give the definition of the term \"implementation\"in doctrine of international law and the analysis of the most widespread ways of implementing of international standards to domestic law in different spheres of public relations.

Реферат: This paper is devoted to identifying resources of terrorism spread and its globalization. Authors estimate the spread of terrorism on the basis of application of scientists\' theoretical research, analysis of statistical data on terrorism, materials of sociological research among young people. The following resources of terrorism are allocated: territorial resources, demographic and migration processes of the Muslim world, the marginalization of the population and social tensions of society, as well as a crisis of ideology and spiritual values. Particular attention is given to the methods of combating terrorism: increased legitimacy of the state, reduced socio - economic and political tensions in the global scale, the formation of national and patriotic values among young people, the use and development of information and educational channels for clarification of terrorism as an ideology of violence, the spread of a culture of dialogue and religious tolerance.
