Реферат: In Kazakhstan, geographical and cultural reasons do not favor the development of heart transplant activity. Thus, a surgical program for treatment of advanced, refractory heart failure was implemented, focusing the efforts on ventricular assist device (VAD) therapy. The program, supported and funded by the national healthcare system, is based on a single, highly specialized surgical Center for the operation, and on a regional infrastructure for outpatient follow-up. Regional VAD coordinators are educated by the National Center. They are in charge of regular patient check, anticoagulant and antiplatelet treatment prescription, and continuing patients\' and caregivers\' education, mainly regarding driveline exit site dressing and driveline stabilization. From November 2011 to November 2013, 95 patients received 100 devices, mainly for left ventricular support (LVAD): HeartMate II, n=70, HeartWare, n=25. Mean age was 49.5 years, and 87.37% of the patients were males. Most patients had INTERMACS profile 4 (55%), followed by 3 and 2 (17% each). Symptomatic and functional improvement are testified by changes from baseline to month 3 of NYHA functional class (from III-IV to I-II), results of the 6-min walk test (from 152 to 440 m), and NT-proBNP levels (from 6997 to 1126 pg/ml). Overall 1-year survival was 69%, with a trend for outcome improvement over time and a relationship with preoperative INTERMACS profile (1-year survival of 60% in patients with INTERMACS profile 1-2 vs 75% in those with INTERMACS profile 3-4). In summary, where and when a heart transplant program cannot be implemented, LVAD represents a realistic therapeutic alternative.
Energy Dependence of Optical-Model Parameters for the Interaction of Li and Li Ions with Si Nuclei at Low Energies

Реферат: The results of a joint analysis of experimental data (angular distributions for scattering and total reaction cross sections) are presented for the case of the interaction of {6,7}Li ions with Si nuclei at energies between 7.5 and 32 MeV. The respective calculations were performed on the basis of a deformed potential of the optical model by using the SPI-GENOA code. The energy dependences of the parameters of the macroscopic optical model and the total cross section for the ({6,7}Li+Si) reactions were obtained over the energy interval from 7.5 to 32 MeV. The calculated angular distributions and total reaction cross sections are in good agreement with experimental data.
Environmental features of population dynamics of hazard nongregarious locusts in Northern Kazakhstan

Реферат: Analysis results of long-standing population dynamics of nongregarious locusts in northern regions of Kazakhstan are presented in the article. Some regularities were revealed. Thus, the expected cyclicity of certain phases of the phytophagous organisms population dynamics is not always maintained. They are subject to change under the influence of environmental factors. They often vary depending on the weather conditions of the previous and the current year, as well as the completeness of the volume of chemical treatments. The data obtained can be offered by us as criteria of forecasting trends of the the next phase of nongregarious locusts population dynamics in northern Kazakhstan.
Approximate Solutions of Boundary-Value Problems in Multidimensional Cases
Реферат: An approximate solution of nonlinear boundary-value problems in non-standard areas is found in the following manner: Considering an equation and boundary conditions (in standard areas)for which the theorems on the smoothness, on the integral expression of a smooth function and on a solution continuation are correct. The solution obtained is substituted into the original equation and so integral equation is obtained. The integral problem is replaced by the variation problem of finding the functional implementing the minimum. This approach is based on three theorems of theory of embeddings and boundary-value problems: Smoothness of problems solutions, Theorems of embedding and continuation with preserving of smoothness class. Representation theorems. The convergence degree of the proposed iterative method, based on the generation of minimizing sequence, which converges to the original problem, does not depend on a small parameter, which arises under the numerical implementation of difference schemes and fictitious domain method. These questions were open to non-linear operations. The proposed method can be treated as a new version of the fictions domain method.
The nuclear import of ribosomal proteins is regulated by mTOR

Реферат: Mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a central component of the essential signaling pathway that regulates cell growth and proliferation by controlling anabolic processes in cells. mTOR exists in two distinct mTOR Complexes known as mTORC1 and mTORC2 that reside mostly in cytoplasm. In our study, the biochemical characterization of mTOR led to discovery of its novel localization on nuclear envelope where it associates with a critical regulator of nuclear import Ran Binding Protein 2 (RanBP2). We show that association of mTOR with RanBP2 is dependent on the mTOR kinase activity that regulates the nuclear import of ribosomal proteins. The mTOR kinase inhibitors within thirty minutes caused a substantial decrease of ribosomal proteins in the nuclear but not cytoplasmic fraction. Detection of a nuclear accumulation of the GFP-tagged ribosomal protein rpL7a also indicated its dependence on the mTOR kinase activity. The nuclear abundance of ribosomal proteins was not affected by inhibition of mTOR Complex 1 (mTORC1) by rapamycin or deficiency of mTORC2, suggesting a distinctive role of the nuclear envelope mTOR complex in the nuclear import. Thus, we identified that mTOR in association with RanBP2 mediates the active nuclear import of ribosomal proteins.
Assessing the prevalence of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia enterocoliticainfections in milk and dairy products in different sales outlets
Реферат: Yersiniainfection is ubiquitous disease, causing considerable damage to human health and has the possible fatal risk if child is infected. The main pathogenic groups are Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, Yersinia enterocolitica, and Yersinia pestis. The aim of the study was to study the prevalence of infection with Y. pseudotuberculosisand Y. enterocolitica in milk and dairy products in different sales outlets. The results of the study revealed high prevalence of infection in domestic dairy production (from 7.1% to 33.3%).

Реферат: This article presents theoretical examination of interaction between paraplow ripper and soil based on linear mechanics theory. Stresses in soil layers and nature of their distribution are considered to be the main indicators of their interaction. Parabolic equations describing the distribution of normal and shearing stresses in soil were derived. Their numerical and graphical analysis allows solving the problem of working bodies balancing on the tillage tool\'s frame.

Реферат: The paper describes the basic results of the project Borehole Microwave as researchers design microwave pulse signal transfer through a drilling pipe as a new communication channel. Methods of the telemetry information transfer are investigated. The measurements while drilling (MWD) mock-up of system based on the new concept of creation of telemetry equipment is developed. The experimental bench for electro-physical researches of various media in the drilling pipes is carried out. Investigations of measure men to fattenuation of microwave pulse in drilling pipes are presented. Results show a possibility of operation in perspective field of investigations. The data transfer through a new communication channel in microwave band will open new possibilities of improving of the measurement-while-drilling equipment.
