Youth Policy
Nursultan Nazarbayev's words that younger generation assigned an important part in the modernization of the economy and the professional management of the State are extremely topical. «Young professionals should find their place in the processes taking place in the Country, to take an active part in building the future» - this phrase from the Message as well as possible shows the importance of youth and encourages boys and girls to high achievements in their studies and work.
Forming a youth policy, the State recognizes that youth is one of the socially active segments of the population, have important potential weight in the perspective. The latter determines the inadmissibility of underestimating the role of youth in the state settlement.
The Concept of State Youth Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on the fundamental ideas and principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, General Assembly resolution 50/81 on the World Program of Action for youth development to the year 2000, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Message of the President of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan - 2030. Prosperity, security and ever grooving welfare of all the Kazakhstanis".
One of the actual problems of nowadays for a considerable part of youth is the problem of housing. In this regard, we offer you to make suggestions and recommendations to the Concept of the State Program of Youth Policy at the 2010-2014 and the creation of an enabling environment for securing the youth with housing.
