International Registry of Experts
International cooperation in scientific and technical expertise
National Center for Scientific and Technical Information (STI NC) is a member of the International Science and Technology Center for the organizational, information and expertise to ensure cooperation with the CIS and is involved in establishing the International roster of science, technology and innovation in the sphere of the Internet.
In the course of work carried out by sampling the leading scientists of Kazakhstan to make information about them in the International Register of Experts. Currently, the roster included about 44 scientists of Kazakhstan.
The roster is available at: http://www.cis-exp.ru/reestr/.
Scientist or specialist, who expressed a wish to be registered (incorporated) in the International Register of experts and meets the qualification requirements attached, the Card should complete form in accordance with the rules required. Send it in a paper (original) and electronic form, with a covering letter organizations, agencies, where he works, or the Chairman of the Academic (Scientific and Technical) of the Council or head of school, with the recommendation that a scientist or a specialist in international roster of scientific and technical areas in the department of scientific and technical expertise of NC INATEC at: .

Qualifications of experts for inclusion in the International Register of expert scientific and technical sphere
- The degree of Candidate or Doctor of Science (PhD PhD);
- Work experience declared in the knowledge of at least 5 years (unless the degree of not less than 10 years);
- Academic, honors, membership in national or foreign scientific societies;
- Scientific papers, confirmed and put into practice the scientific results in the declared area of expertise;
- The recommendations of the Scientific and Scientific-Technical Council for the International roster of science, technology and innovation sectors.
- Work experience declared in the knowledge of at least 5 years (unless the degree of not less than 10 years);
- Academic, honors, membership in national or foreign scientific societies;
- Scientific papers, confirmed and put into practice the scientific results in the declared area of expertise;
