Welcome to the prototype of National Scientific Portal!
National Scientific Portal (NSP) is an information system, aimed to ease the access of scientific community and general population to scientific, popular scientific and educational information and to stimulate the exchange of knowledge between professional participants of scientific and educational processes, based on modern Internet-technologies. NSP is unified informational space. Ideally, it should allow users to find all necessary data, materials, and information in one place. National Scientific Portal consists of : Informational resources, merged common principles of technological politics and composing logically integrated knowledge base; Functional resources, which provide different online services to users. NSP is a distributive system. It (the system) consists of separate WEB-resources of seven scientific centers and its conformable Scientific Research Institutes as well as WEB-resources of independent SRI (not included into the centers) and Universities WEB-resources consolidated into unified net and work under the common principles. More than 30 (thirty) resources will be included into NSP’s prototype. National Center for Scientific and Technical Information is main operator, which coordinates the work of NSP and provides NSP with support and development. National Portal has open architecture that allows continuous development of its functionality in account of adding sided applications or additional components.
